Head Start breaks new ground in personal development. It helps you build a more resilient mindset so you're more able to achieve your life and work goals. It uses a simple ten-point plan and is based on the latest science from sports and business psychology.
Head Start comes with a separate two day workshop, which will leave you with a coherent plan to build mental toughness.
The workshop hones in on the beliefs and behaviours which could be holding you back. For example, I believe I'm not good enough, or I don't have the time? It also offers best practice and applies the science in a simple practical way.
